When I was younger I experienced first hand the benefit of a skilled and empathetic person who was dependably in my corner when I needed it most, something I remain grateful for to this day. It was this that initially drew me to therapy professionally, and kickstarted my belief and conviction in our reflexive ability as people to heal and grow.

I’m talkative in nature, though have spent a good amount of time in contemplative silence. I attend meditation and breath workshops/retreats regularly and have an experiential understanding of somatic, energetic and spiritual processes - something I bring awareness of to in both my work and my life personally. I also find both music and movement incredibly powerful, and have been to personally meaningful spaces through the power of each. I’m also currently in training to become a Holotropic Breathwork facilitator.

I am particularly influenced both personally and professionally by the ideas of Dr David Hawkins, Stan & Cristina Grof, and Carl Jung. I feel there is endless depth in their teachings, speaking elegantly to the richness and purpose of our human experience. They provide us with maps for what is ultimately deeply personal, subjective and transpersonal territory.

I see therapy as an integral part of my own personal process and drive. It is a real privilege to be in a position to support others in their own search for authentic subjective truth, cultivating gratitude and a deeper inner peace in connection with themselves and the world.
